Each Conference has an end of summer Championship meet that is held over a two day period of time.  Each swimmer is allowed to swim in the preliminary heats of every stroke in their age group.  The top 10 swimmers from the preliminaries swim in the final heats in the afternoon.  Relays are swam at the end of each days finals.
